Is there a possibility that my measurement will be inaccurate?

Our tools and algorithms analyze thousands of data sets to immediately detect and inform us of any deviations in the specified measurements. Before our tailor starts work, we need the green light from our program.

What is the completion time for my custom made suit?

Production time varies depending on volume and suit complexity, but it usually takes around 2-3 weeks for your custom made suit to be ready. However, we always endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible.

Is it difficult to measure yourself and are the results accurate?

Our measurement is simple and straightforward, takes about 5 minutes and only requires a conventional tape measure. You simply follow our easy-to-understand instructions, which are accompanied by pictures and text visualized to make the process as easy as possible. So far we have not had any customers who had difficulties, but if you have any questions or uncertainties you can always watch our measurement video or contact our customer service advisors .

Is it possible to have alterations made after the tailor-made suit has been completed?

Yes, we offer alterations as a courtesy to ensure that your suit fits perfectly. You can bring your suit to our partner tailor or send it to us and you will receive your now perfect suit. Of course, there are no additional costs for alterations! We ask you to observe our terms and conditions.
